December 2012: Maddie's Melody Makers won third place in the final of the Brewers Fayre Carol Factor competition and won a meal for all members of the group at our local pub the Duke of Yorks and a chance to perform Christmas songs to all the diners on the night

March 2013: Maddie's Melody Makers and Gary Cordes were in the final of Kent's Got Talent in Dover with "Sing" and Nella Fantasia.

May 2013: Maddie's Melody Makers were in the final of Make Me A Star in Ramsgate with Adiemus, Sing and Lean on Me. Melody Makers Gary Cordes and Abby Tyler took third and second place.

July 2014: the Landmark Show Choir and friends formed a chorus for a national touring professional production of Get up and Tie Your Fingers at the Quarterhouse, Folkestone and the Theatre Royal, Margate. Maddie was appointed as musical director for the Margate performances.

August 2014: Maddie was appointed to run a Sing Japanese workshop at the Roundabout Festival at the Winter Gardens, Margate

December 2014: The Landmark Show Choir was invited by Belgian choir Altra Voces to join 300 other singers from France, the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium to sing a new composition commemorating World War 1. We worked on the complex harmony unaccompanied choruses for three months and then travelled out to the Flanders region of Belgium to perform two concerts in Ghent and Kortrijt, singing in Flemish!

April 2015: Maddie4Music organised and hosted its first Puttin' on the Glitz show at the Astor Theatre, Deal with the theme of songs from the musicals, featuring over 20 local talented performers and the Landmark Show Choir. The next event will be on 6 March 2016 with the theme of songs from the movies.

June 2015: Toby Cordes was a finalist in the Make Me A Star talent contest in Ramsgate.

September 2015: Maddie4Music was appointed to give performances and run a singing workshop at the Ageless Thanet over 50s event at the Winter Gardens, Margate. We taught the attendees the song "Happy" by Pharrell Williams and had everyone dancing and singing along.

Maddie4Music singers have been invited to form the English chorus together with the Deal Handelians for a English/French musical drama project "Dancing on Armistice Day" which will be premiered in November in Ashford and Dover and in Dunkerque.

Maddie was appointed artistic director and producer for the Sandwich Arts Week inaugural film gala concert at St Marys Arts Centre, Sandwich featuring the Leon String Quartet, talented upcoming violinist Jess Meakin and dancer Ilona Morris, Terravoces close harmony group, the Reach Out Gospel Choir and soloists including Gary Cordes, Pam Mudge-Wood, Toby Cordes and Catherine Futcher. 

Maddie has been appointed to set up and lead a workplace choir of 35 plus members at Holiday Extras in Hythe.
